Your satisfaction is our top priority. At CoversX, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means an exchange or return.


Standard Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange your order, please submit a request using our Return/Exchange Form within 30 days of your original order date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 30 days of purchase are not eligible
  • Custom orders, international orders, and specific categories (see below) may have different policies

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply attach the label and drop your item off at any UPS location, or schedule a pickup directly through UPS.


Defective or Incorrect Items

We guarantee that your cover will arrive in new condition, free from defects, and will fit the vehicle you ordered it for. If your item is defective or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
  • We’ll replace the item at no cost to you
  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • After 7 days, defects are considered a warranty claim, not an exchange

Returns for Refund

If you are returning an item for a refund (not an exchange), a flat 18% processing and restocking fee will apply. This helps cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.


International Orders

We’re happy to ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • International orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges
  • Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Prepaid return labels are not available for international orders

Custom & Made-to-Order Covers

Covers made specifically for non-standard vehicles, custom patios, or modified equipment are final sale. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

If your custom cover arrives with a material or craftsmanship defect, please contact our team within 7 business days of delivery and we will review your request for a replacement.


Holiday Return Extension

Orders placed between November 23 and December 25 are eligible for return or exchange until January 15 of the following year. All other return policies still apply (unused, undamaged, etc.).


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a request via our Return/Exchange Form
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid UPS shipping label by email
  4. Drop off your package or schedule a UPS pickup
  5. Once your return is received, we’ll issue your refund or ship your replacement
